I bought this rust free 1982GT at a "sell your own" car-lot for $2500.00 in 1995. I was shocked to find that the car was still 100% stock and unmodified. I even found the original build sheet tucked away behind the rear seat. I struggled with myself trying to decide if I wanted to modify the car or keep it 100% stock. I finally gave into the dark side (just a little) and added a edelbrock carb, long tube headers, true dual exhaust w/ flowmasters and a world class t-5. This car served as my daily driver for the next 3 years without a single problem. I was very pleased with the little Mustang but in the summer of 1998, my Wife needed a new car for work. We finally agreed that we were going to let the GT go in an effort to help with a down payment. I sold it for $2500 and have missed it every day since.
